Maybe it's just the unscratched itching from car shopping my future needs for months, but most of the non-limo stuff looked good to me. Perhaps should buy an ND2 and call my doctor in the morning!
Tom it is only Thursday, did you go to the Cellar Supper Club a day early and have Gin & Tonics for the appetiser, main course, and desert? You know as you get older the body and mind looses it tolerance to the consumption of mass quantities of alcoholic beverages……
I love the idea of boring colors being 5k extra. The next surcharge should be adjusting tesla charger rates to reflect European energy costs any time the car hears someone say something about how the euros have it better.
Coincidental, how this article dropped just the night that I briefly drove aTesla S Plaid for the first time. Brand new, painted vibrant red not that different from Mazda's Soul Red. Final edition.
Still has that quirky yoke instead of a steering wheel. Cream/black interior, seats with incongruously tall-side-bolstera.
The way it trebuchetted from 0-115mph drama-free, in what felt like 6 seconds, has thrown the calibration of my internal gyroscope outside its limits. My ~500hp turbo "sports car" daily, which weighs 1500 lb less than this bruiser, now feels _slow_.
I love the concepts. I've long said that if there's a place for BEVs, it's with luxury sedans. I have unlimited access to a long wheelbase Genesis G80 EV and it serves this mission very well.
The AI bot that created the first interior image is crap. Looks at the back seat.
That one was custom built for Sherman.
It’s kinda’ like the interior of a 280Z 2+2….
Or an XJS...
Yes!
even through an ai reimagining teslas are still fugly
Couldn't get it to do do formal roof, padded top, hood ornaments, opera lamps or thin whitewalls. Dagnabit.
i promise you that would not help
Lol probably.
But you know I'm playing for laughs not reality or desire.
Oh come on, you know you want a land yacht with vinyl roof and wide white wall tires.
if i wanted a land yacht id buy a late silver shadow
Madness not to!
Yes. But I don't want a Tesla lol.

Excellent .
I like the longer versions, Tesla could use some limos to shake things up a bit .

My issue with it they would probably look like the Chrysler EEK cars (long but narrow) like the Fifth Avenue or New Yorker.
Understood and agreed .
I like the idea of limos and other big American cars but don't like driving them and I gave my old Cadillac S & S Victoria hearse to my big brother .

You know this is a cartoon version of me, correct? And I'm not 60.
I know, I was making a little attempt at humour…. Your fictional Smatters Stories are so over the top…. Quit original.
The fictional Klockau is 33% Montgomery Burns, 33% Arthur Bach, 33% me and 1% Dr. Evil.
With 300% more alcohol consumption than reality. 😁
The yellow one in the first picture has XJS cues. Its pretty.
My 'favorite' of the stretched versions. I'd go out of my way to test drive that.

love it too!
Is there a threesome going on at the right side of the supper club? :-)
Oh man!
I didn't even notice it. Further proof AI is mercurially stupid.
Maybe it's supposed to be a bar/hot tub.
You need to do something about the screen for everything in the center stack! At least hard buttons for the necessary stuff!
I approve this message.
The green convertible looks amazing! Sign me up
You saved the Lyriq!!! I hope you didn’t save it just on my account. :)
Enjoyed the Tesla concepts.

The lede photo shows a rear-side greenhouse very similar to that of the VW Phaeton.
Great stuff Tom! I'll take the ragtop in triple Colonial Yellow!
