Everybody's talking about how noted douchebag wanna-be "outlaw" car-painter and thrift-shop impresario Magnus Walker crashed one of his "outlaw" 911s this past week. But nobody seems to know how it happened. But, as they say, the truth is out there, and I have it:
His passenger, news anchor Vineeta Sawkar, has been outspoken post-accident. She told one reporter, "This guy, I don’t know why he was driving as fast as he was on that frontage road... All we wanted was some nice video of him in his car, that he restored. It was bizarre. I’m just thankful I got out of it alive and no one else was hurt." She told Facebook that she asked Walker to slow down before the crash.
The same Jalopnik commentariat that was eager to attribute my icy-road crash last January on everything from drug use to receiving a blowjob from a guy has decided, in the absence of compelling evidence, that Walker was the victim of a trailer that backed into him... presumably at 50mph. Well, we know what happened now. Your boy done fucked up. And I'll tell you something I learned a long time ago: If your passenger thinks you're going too fast, slow down. Nothing good can come of anything that happens afterwards otherwise.
As for this so-called "outlaw" ramming a trailer, all I can say is what my friend Ethan Gaines said about Suge Knight crashing his car: YOU CAN'T GET BACK G POINTS YA LOST. Or, in this case, never had.
I'm enjoying these behind the scenes looks at what actually happened .
Oddly enough I never heard of this guy before today .
